Sure, the guy's unqualified, but so is Bush. Every business Bush tried ended as a failure, and the only reason he ever got into an elected office was by using his dad's money to buy a sports team in Texas. At any rate, Brown recently blamed victims for not heeding the evacuation warnings. He indicated that this likely increased the death toll. (Sound familiar?) The difference is that his job is to respond to whatever situation arises, no matter if it's a storm or widespread ignorance and stubbornness. Brown muffed it, but the problem is definitely deeper than that.
